Friendship Lost

Ed came up to me over the weekend and told me how Celia, his friend of 6 years finally took off…I say finally mainly because Ed was a “hard drinker”, and when he got drunk, he was one of those guys that got a “little nasty”..

I was with him one night in a club, and he’s belting down the beers pretty heavy…..for some reason, he thought this guy was looking at Celia….Paranoia I guess….well you could probably figure out the rest….after hitting him in the face…the cops came and locked up Eddy….

Be careful when you start putting TOXINS in your body, and Yea…taken in excess even alcohol is a TOXIN….sometimes our bodies act in strange way….(see crack,,,cocaine…etc)….Take care of yourself….the weather is getting nice…if you feel the urge to drink of drug…put your sneaker on and start walking…If you are medically fit…then Exercise and burn up that adrenaline and other stress hormones.

And PRAY….close your eyes and just say “give me some strength here Lord…I got the urge to self medicate…help get me out of this dilemma”   he will come through…it might be a battle…but if you focus on Christ…he will come through…
